Nestled between the Sibillini Mountains & the Adriatic coast, we are perfectly placed for discovering everything our beautiful region has to offer.

From exploring hilltop towns and villages to dining in some amazing local agriturismi. We even have our own Michelin star restaurant tucked away in the mountains. Local markets, churches and festivals they are all waiting for you to find.

The price of your holiday includes all gas and electricity, water, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, welcome pack and information pack.

We also include all luxury bedding, towels, pool towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, plenty of pots and pans and crockery, Nespresso machine, cafetierre, various herbs and spices, a starter pack of coffee pods, sugar, salt, coffee, tea & some of our very own olive oil!

To reserve your holiday with us, a deposit of 25% secures your booking and we will remove your chosen holiday dates from any instant booking websites we are listed on. You can send a bank transfer in Euros or Sterling or pay through wise or Paypal (there is a small surcharge of 4% for Paypal payments to cover part of the charges made by Paypal)

Full confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your deposit is received, as well as comprehensive directions on how to find us.

The balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date and we can send you a reminder if you so wish. If you have any questions at any time, or wish to pay monthly for your holiday, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your reservation is less than 8 weeks before your holiday commences, then we will require full payment at the time of booking.

Lettings often run from Saturday to Saturday, but wherever possible, at The Hideaway, we like to be as flexible as possible to suit your requirements and flight timetable. Please contact us to check availability.

Check-in time is from 4.00pm and we would appreciate a departure time of 10.00am, so that the apartment can be full prepared for the next guests.

Your rental includes a final cleaning of the apartment, but as our turn-around time is tight on changeover days and our standards of cleanliness are high, we would appreciate if you could leave the apartment the same as when you arrived. Thanks.

There is no minimum number of nights stay for the en-suite bedrooms. All our traditional rooms are fully equipped to make your stay a home from home. Much care and attention is taken to provide just about everything you need for a perfect holiday, however optional extras can be arranged to suit your requirements.

Without doubt, the best way to see the most of this beautiful countryside is to rent your own car.

With the freedom to go when and where you like, you can see so much more on your holiday.

We can give you advice on the more reasonable rental companies located at all the major airports.

Excursions, including day trips, paragliding, ballooning, mountain walks, mule trekking, skiing and various other activities within a short drive from Villa Conti.

Some of these can be pre-booked if you would like us to. Please ask for further information. We can suggest many delightful driving routes, walking itineraries & cycling routes in the local area.

Whist we love animals and welcome small dogs to stay in the apartments, please note your pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time.

They must have their own bed and are not allowed on the furniture.

Please make sure you clean up after your dog in the garden as we may have other guests and small children staying. Thank you.

For short days there is a small charge of €5 per night and for a week, there is a charge of €25.

Whether you are an extreme cyclist or just like a little gentle exercise, mountain bikes and E-bikes can be rented nearby and are excellent way to explore our gorgeous surrounding countryside.

Maps can also be found at the Tourist office in Amandola in the piazza.

We welcome families but please note that small children should be supervised at all times when at The Hideaway, as there are some hard floors, sloping grounds & steps.

Yes! Please make sure you arrange your own holiday insurance as travelling without insurance is inadvisable.

We do our very best to ensure a peaceful stay as The Hideaway is surrounded by countryside, wildlife and nature, far from any main roads and tucked away down 150 m lane

However you may experience the usual sounds which occur in the rural countryside, such as chickens, a tractor or a dog barking!

There are no main roads and as we have our own lane, there are no problems with noises (or pollution!) from traffic and in late May and June, the fireflies come to stay with us.
