Prices For Valley View Apartment Including All Guests:
Low Season - March:
€795 per week, €120 per night

Mid Season - April, May & October:
€850 per week, €130 per night
​
High Season - June, July, August, September & Easter:
€950 per week, €140 per night

Our prices include your heating, gas, water, welcome pack & final cleaning of your apartment.

There are no hidden extra costs.
​
There is a minimum of 2 nights stay March, April, May, June, September & October and a minimum 7 nights stay July & August, however if you wish to come for fewer nights, please still enquire as we may have a gap!
​
A deposit of 25% secures your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. You can send a bank transfer, or pay via Paypal. Full confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at a small charge of €25 per dog per week (maximum 2 per apartment).
​
The apartments are non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside where ashtrays are provided.
Valley View Apartment Floor Plan
The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetierre, glassware, crockery, Nespresso machine, cooking utensiles & dining area.
There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.
Everything is provided to ensure a relaxing stay with us - just bring your camera!

NB There is no telephone in the apartment, but you may use ours in an emergency. As we are hidden away in the peaceful countryside, our broadband signal may be affected by storms however is usually around 10 mb. Vodafone mobile signal works well however Tim only works at the top of our driveway!
Il vostro appartamento con uso della cucina (self-catering) è situato nel soppalco della nostra vecchia fattoria.
C'è un accesso privato sotto la loggia coperta e una zona per pranzare al fresco o semplicemente per rilassarsi, poi potrete entrare nel salone accogliente con le sue poltrone confortabili, TV satellitare, DVD, radio con bluetooth, e un assortimento di giochi e libri per il vostro divertimento.
La cucina comprende anche : il forno, piano cottura, frigorifero, congelatore, forno al microonde, macchina per caffe Nespresso, piatti e bicchieri ed una zona per pranzare. La romantica stanza da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con vista doppia su Montefalcone e le colline attorno, una cassaforte elettronica, asciuga capelli. La seconda camera da letto contiene un letto singolo con in più un divano letto per un'eventuale quarta persona.
Il vostro bagno ha la doccia, WC, lavandino ed asciugamani, articoli da bagno complementari e accappatoi. I comfort moderni si presentano sotto forma di finestre con doppi vetri e riscaldamento centrale.
All'esterno c'è una terrazza per godersi il sole e il nostro ampio giardino dã la possibilita di rilassarsi, di fare un tuffo in piscina, di pranzare fuori e di giocare.Noi abitiamo nella casa accanto e siamo sempre a vostra disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Soggiorno di 2 notti minimo.
Cerchiamo di darvi il meglio per assicurarvi una vacanza indimenticabile da noi - non dimenticare di portare la macchina fotografica!
