Prices For Garden View Apartment - 1 Bedroom
Low Season: €550 weekly, €85 nightly
Mid Season: €595 weekly, €90 nightly
High Season: €645 weekly, €95 nightly
Low Season = March (minimum 2 nights)
Mid Season = April, May & October (minimum 2 nights)
High Season = June, July, August, September & Easter (minimum 7 nights)
The prices include your heating, gas, water, welcome pack & final cleaning of your apartment - there are no hidden extra costs.
A deposit of 25% secures your booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We accept bank transfer, or Paypal.
Full confirmation will be sent to you when your deposit is received, as well as comprehensive directions on how to find us.
Well behaved pets are welcome at a small charge of €25 per pet per week (maximum 2 per apartment).
The apartments are non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke outside where ashtrays are provided.

Garden View Apartment sleeps up to 2 guests & overlooks the gardens, woodland & surrounding tranquil countryside. Situated on the ground floor of our farmhouse, your apartment has a terrace for dining & relaxing on warm summer evenings.
Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your cosy, comfortable accommodation has wooden shutters, cotto tiles & beamed ceilings. They accompany modern day necessities including central heating, double glazing & wi-fi.
Your living room area is complete with a sofa, satellite TV, DVD player & indoor games & books. At the far end, the kitchenette is well equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven inside, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cafetière, plenty of crockery & glassware, cooking utensils, tea towels, washing up liquid & dining table & chairs.
The cool en-suite double bedroom is fitted with a comfortable mattress, luxury bedding, coded safe, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, shower, wc & bidet. All towels are provided including pool towels. There is a second door leading onto the terrace, perfect for relaxing in the early morning sunshine, surrounded by birdsong.
There is a second en-suite double bedroom with large bathroom with bath & shower, which can be rented for an additional charge if required.
