Your living area is complete with a stube-style seating area, dining table, CD player & a selection of CD's & indoor games & books. At the far end, the kitchen is equipped with a four ring gas hob, fridge, microwave with small convection oven, kettle, toaster, cafetierre, plenty of crockery & glasswear, cooking utensils, tea towels & washing up liquid.
Our lovely Stables Apartment can sleep up to 2 guests (and a baby!) and overlooks the walnut tree & woodland with views to Montefalcone & Smerillo .
Situated on the ground floor of our farmhouse, the apartment has its own
terrace for dining on warm summer evenings.
Lovingly restored using traditional Italian materials, your cosy accommodation has cotto tiles & beamed ceilings.
They accompany modern
day necessities including central heating in the bedroom & bathroom & double glazing.
The Stables is a perfect hideaway for two & if you have more guests, a separate en-suite twin bedroom can be available.
Whether you are looking for a short break
or 2 weeks Summer sun, the apartment makes a budget cost option but with all the high standards of our larger apartment.
Your holiday price includes the final cleaning of your apartment - there are no hidden extra costs.
We also include all gas &
electricity, bed linen & towels & use of our pool
(May - September).
The ensuite double bedroom is fitted with luxury bedding, coded safe. complimentary toiletries, shower, wc & bidet & a door leading into the kitchen & dining area.
A second bedroom if required, may be available which has twin beds & an en-suite bathroom with bath & shower, bidet, wc & door leading onto a terrace. Please note The second bedroom, although just next door,does not have an internal door connecting the two. It is entered via the terrace just round the corner.

Booking Your Hideaway Holiday.........
A deposit of 25% secures your booking and we will remove your chosen holiday dates from any instant booking websites we are listed on.
You can send a bank transfer in Euros or Stirling or pay through Paypal (there is a small surcharge of 4% for Paypal payments to cover part of the charges made by Paypal) or by cheque in Euros or Stirling .
Full confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your deposit is received, as well as comprehensive directions on how to find us & a map.
The balance of your holiday is due due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date and we can send you a reminder if you so wish.
